We don’t have a cutoff date or a date too early for an application for NLC so feel free to apply at any time.

We love to give tours and they are available upon request. Please call us at 530-643-4559 or send us a message to set up a time.

To receive mail while you are a resident of the Historic Oroville Inn, please provide senders with this information:

Please do NOT have mail directed to the Inn on Bird Street as it may be significantly delayed. Mail will be distributed to your room once daily and placed on the floor inside your front door by an employee of the Historic Oroville Inn who has a key. Prior notice of such delivery will not be provided. It is not necessary for you to contact management to advise us of an impending delivery. Residents are advised not to schedule weekend deliveries as our office will not be open to receive them. Management accepts no liability for mail that is improperly ordered or delivered. If you were waiting for a package and you believe it should have arrived by now, please contact the management.

Please do not request packages to be delivered on weekends as no one will be available to receive them. Weekday deliveries can be signed for by HOI staff at our office address above and will be delivered to your room within one business day.

If you direct mail to the wrong address, such as to the physical Bird Street address of the Inn, it may be significantly delayed. The same problem will occur if your parcels have the wrong name on them, such as a parent or friend’s name. The Landlord accepts no responsibility for these delays.

If you were waiting for a package and you believe it should have arrived by now, please TEXT management at 864.207.4670. Be ready with the following information before you text and include it when you reach out to us: When it should have arrived, where (exact address) was it sent, what name was on the package, what mailing service delivered it (USPS, UPS, FedEx., etc.)
